Double Charged
If you notice duplicate charges: In most cases, one entry is only a temporary authorization hold, it will auto‑release within 3‑10 business days by your bank. If actual double deduction occurred, email us with your order number and payment screenshot, we will investigate and process accordingly.
Payment Security
- We never store your full credit card information on our website. Payment processing is handled by trusted third‑party payment gateways.
- Do not share your CVV, card password or verification code with anyone claiming to be our customer service. Our team will never ask you for these private details.
Refund Related
- All refunds will be returned to your original payment account.
